Mindlikewater Studio Update 9/5/10

The band just had a few little local gigs in August. Fun was had by all. Nice to see shows getting better in the area. We are back in the studio for September. As you can tell there are no shows booked at this time. We might have one gig to try out a few new tunes and to keep our feet wet Mid-October. Uncertain as of yet. I can say that we are about to reach what feels like the halfway point in terms of recording our new record. I have written and made demos for 15 plus songs. All of which feel like album worthy songs. Jim and I have written a lot of songs together. Joe Dyer has a song he has written on guitar! So I might play bass on a Mindlikewater tune! I am super happy with the direction. I think MLW diehards will be pleased and new fans will embrace this new sound. Very exciting times. I am sure a single or two will drop well before the record is released. Stay tuned for updates.
